Dallas Newborn Photo Session | Newborn Photography Studio

Oooooh, my goodness would you just look at this little girl! She was one of my last newborn sessions of 2020 and such a pleasure to have to my studio! She was such a little angel for us and mom & dad opted to use wardrobe provided by my studio closet to make for an easy-going, relaxed session. Just what new parents need.

I have worked for many years to prefect my customer experience and have thought of every detail possible. The smallest details won’t stick in your memory. They’re just too small to hold on to and change so quickly, but newborn portraits within the first few weeks of your baby’s life will help you see those little details for the rest of your life.

The littlest rolls. The sweet lip pout. The teeny tiny fingers and toes.

I remember looking at my newborns when they were first born, and trying everything in my power to memorize the littlest details. The way the curls laid, the little rolls, I wanted all of it seared into my memory. And thank god I have photos, because there’s no way it’s stuck without them!

Socially Distanced Santa Photos in Dallas and beyond with Rachel Friedman Photography

So many of my local clients and friends all over the country are torn about how to handle COVID-19, social distancing and the time honored tradition of portraits with Santa. I am SO very excited to have found an easy, safe and fun solution to help!

Send me your favorite portrait of your kiddo, and I’ll coordinate with the North Pole to create a gorgeous portrait of Santa with your little one. Choose from a studio portrait or a beautiful outdoor scene, with the sweetest and most authentic Santas around!

The cost is $35+tax per image, which will be billed after you fill out the form below. For families with multiple children, if you prefer separate images for each child, additional portraits are $25+tax each after the first photo.

You can send me whatever photo you would like put with Santa (a professional photo, a cell phone photo, indoor, outdoor photo, etc), and together we’ll make the magic of Santa come alive, even in this crazy year!

I came across an infographic on a popular minimalist’s social media platform that compared the cost of things that are good for us to the cost of something maybe not so great and how we justify it.

For example:

Cost of seeing a therapist/$200 ~ “no way, too expensive”

Cost of a regular Target trip/$200 ~ “Look at all the things I got”

The perspective shift is so important to remember! I regularly find myself now comparing cost of things to a ‘regular’ Target haul & boy it’s a bit eye opening.

I’m often told that my prices are ‘too expensive’ and while I certainly know I’m not the cheapest photographer around, I do know that the quality that I deliver warrants the cost. When you stop and compare the price of family portraits to say, how much you spend at Starbucks weekly & do some math, I think you’ll realize just how quickly that money could be set aside for a much better purpose.
