If it’s been a year of more since your last professional family portraits, it might be time to start thinking about booking a photographer for some!
I love taking clients with young children to my outdoor field location for family photos. It gives children plenty of space to be themselves and warm up to the camera. With so many years under my belt, I’ve learned to let the kids lead the session flow for the most enjoyable experience for everyone. For example, if kids are super happy at the beginning, we’ll begin with your full family photos! When one kiddo needs a break, we’ll photograph a parent with the other child, etc. I know it’s not natural for most people to be in front of a camera, but I promise that I will guide you every step of the way to a beautiful gallery.
Having professional family portraits is such a special way to not only document your children’s growth, but the relationships between all of the members of your family.
